Community Guidelines

1. Respect others

• do not harass, intimidate, threaten or insult other players;
• do not use hateful, sexual, violent, discriminatory or impersonating names;
• do not disclose another person's data or attempt to obtain sign-in credentials;
• do not impersonate the Voltborn team, an administrator, creator or another person.

2. Play fairly

• do not use cheats, bots, macros, automation or modified clients;
• do not fix matches, manipulate rankings or exploit defects;
• do not sell accounts, Volts or items outside official mechanisms;
• do not spam invitations, reports or network traffic.

3. Reports

Report violations in the game or at support@voltborn.eu. Include the player code, approximate event time and an objective description. Knowingly false or mass reports may be treated as abuse.

4. Moderation and appeals

Depending on the violation, we may issue a warning, change an inappropriate name, invalidate a result, restrict features, temporarily suspend or permanently close an account.
