Delete your Voltborn account
You can permanently delete your account in the game or submit a request by email. This action cannot be reversed.
Delete in the app
- 1Open your player profile from the main menu.
- 2Open account settings and select “Delete account”.
- 3Enter your current password and confirm deletion.
What happens to your data?
We remove sign-in data, profile data, progression, inventory, social relationships, active sessions and tokens. Match history may remain only after it has been permanently disconnected from your identity. Tax, accounting or specific abuse records are retained only for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. Purchases, Volts and progression cannot be transferred to a new account.
We complete a verified request without undue delay, normally within 30 days. Isolated backup copies are rotated within no more than 30 days.
Cannot access the game?
Send a request from the email address linked to the account. Include your username and player code. We may request additional proportionate account ownership verification. Never send your password.

An account inactive for 3 years may be scheduled for deletion. We send a warning to the linked email at least 30 days in advance. Signing in before the deadline cancels deletion.
